Feel that Shit
Did someone take the parking spot you were about to pull into?
Complain.
Is someone still messaging you even though you told them you weren't interested?
Scream.
Your shirt got caught on your doorknob again?
Cry.
We've been conditioned to believe that self-care and healing is full of positivity. The idea of practicing gratitude is being shoved down our throats before we've even had a chance to process the events going on in our lives.
Before you can heal, you have to feel. Complain. Scream. Cry. This is a journal that encourages you to complain about anything and everything - from the mundane to the intense. A mixture of blank journal pages and short (tiny) stories from the author to give your misery some company.
Though you will heal, in the meantime, feel that shit.
